There are no easy buttons, shortcuts, or “As Seen On TV” gimmicks at CFI. Instead, we ask you to attend class consistently, listen and learn from our coaches, and most importantly, train with intensity.
Each day, we ask you to arrive with a sense of optimism about the challenging journey you are about to embark upon. As a community, we test our individual capacity to learn new physical skills and persevere through difficult workouts. Ironically, by testing our physical limits in a group setting we often learn something intangible about our personal character—Crossfit makes us better people.
We ask you to record your performance to ensure continual improvement. We ask you to practice persistently and master difficult skills. With time and effort, your incremental improvements will compound with your new skills to open doors to a higher level of fitness—you will be shocked by the results!
