Increasing your strength is important to improving your performance in CrossFit.

The Strength Training classes will focus weight training for increased strength and power. The barbell is the main tool used to develop strength, but these classes will also incorporate the use of dumbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises when necessary.
